Event Description

When Montana teen Cameron Post (Chloë Grace Moretz) is caught with another girl in the back seat of a car on prom night, she is promptly shipped off to God’s Promise, a religious boarding school, to undergo conversion therapy. Alongside other youths “struggling with same-sex attraction,” Cameron is subjected to outlandish disciplinary and “de-gaying” techniques — but also finds an unlikely community of peers. Based on the book by Emily M. Danforth and co-starring Sasha Lane (American Honey) and Forrest Goodluck (The Revenant), The Miseducation of Cameron Post won the Grand Jury Prize at Sundance 2018.
